May 29 Modesto Summer Nights
Classic Car parade downtown Modesto. For three summer nights in Modesto, 4pm-10pm. More information to follow. This is a tentative event and subject to change.

June 6 5th Annual Graffiti Classic Car Show
Modesto Area Street Rod Association’s 5th annual classic car show. This year will include an appearance by master custom car builder, Gene Winfield. He will be selling his latest book and signing autographs. The car show is from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Modesto Junior College West Campus 2201 Blue Gum Ave. Free admission to spectators. Car entry fee $25 - includes lunch for two. Sponsor awards & more. A portion of all proceeds to go to Community Hospice. Call 209-552-0358 for more information.

June 7-10 Mid-Valley Chevy Club
All car shows are free and will be at a different location each night from 5-9pm. Check back soon for exact locations.

June 11-13 American Graffiti Car Show and Festival
*NEW LOCATION*
This 12th Annual event is presented by the North Modesto Kiwanis. Friday night, June 11 will once again feature the Classic Car Parade Downtown. The car show is Saturday June 12 Sunday June 13 at the MJC WEST campus, 2201 Blue Gum Road and will feature the Ford Motor Company display .

June 12 Summer Graffiti Beach Party
Celebrating Modesto’s “Graffiti Summer,” it’s a spectacular show full of music from the heyday of 1960’s surf rock.  Dean Torrence and his Surf City All Star band perform original Jan & Dean hits including Surf City, Dead Man’s Curve and Little Old Lady From Pasadena, while Grammy-nominated surf band Papa Doo Run Run (made up of former Beach Boys members) performs the great Beach Boys tunes such as Surfin Safari, Little Deuce Coupe, Good Vibrations, as well as their own hit songs, including Be True to Your School, from two Gold-certified albums.

The Gallo Center for the Arts, 1000 I Street Modesto CA. Tickets are $29-65 and can be purchased at the Gallo Center for the Arts Box office, online www.galloarts.org or by calling 209-338-2100.

June 18 Modesto Nuts Graffiti Night
Come see the Modesto Nuts take on the Bakersfield Blaze. Enjoy Graffiti themed music and classic cars! www.modestonuts.com.

June 19 Back to Graffiti at the Fruit Yard

June 23 5th Annual Favorite Rides Car Show
Classic cars, new and project cars, trucks and motorcycles. Live music, food and games for kids, farmers market. $10 car donation fee. 5:00-8:00pm at the Riverbank Community Center, 3600 Sante Fe, Riverbank.
